Lauren N. is a seasoned professional in content management and rights management with extensive experience in the children's publishing industry. Currently serving as Head of Content Operations and previously as Content Manager at Yoto, an interactive audio platform for kids, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in managing content operations and product management. Prior experience includes roles as Co-editions and Export Manager EMEA at Phoenix International Publications, International Rights Manager at Priddy Books, and Rights Manager at Hothouse Fiction Ltd. Additionally, Lauren held the position of Production Editor for Hothouse Developments. An aspiring business analyst, Lauren is currently pursuing a Level 4 apprenticeship with the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Literature and French from the University of Kent.
