Tom Fitzmorris has a strong background in marketing and product management in the medical industry. Tom started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Product Manager for Cardiology Ultrasound, where they successfully reinvigorated a declining platform. Tom then joined Acuson as a Cardiology Marketing Manager before moving on to TheraSense as a FreeStyle Marketing Manager, where they played a major role in the success of their inaugural product. Tom then worked at Revivant Corporation as the Director of Marketing, where they created a new category and concept sell. Currently, they are the Head of Business Sector Glaucoma at Carl Zeiss Meditec, where they drive product strategy, product management, and marketing for diagnostic equipment for glaucoma management.
Tom Fitzmorris completed an MBA in Business at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics (A.B.) from the University of California, Berkeley between 1977 and 1979.
