Wolfgang Rencken

Wolfgang Rencken is a seasoned leader in the medical technology sector, currently serving as Manager of Digital Health Strategy at ZEISS Medical Technology since December 2022. With extensive experience, Rencken was Managing Director at Melioronics GmbH, advising medtech startups on go-to-market strategies and R&D pipelines, as well as leading fundraising efforts. Previously, Rencken held the position of CEO at SPHERE MEDICAL HOLDING PLC, where a transformation from research to commercial orientation was achieved, successfully obtaining CE marks for diagnostic products and raising significant funding.
