Carrie Deer

Carrie Deer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Carle Health since October 2014. In this role, Carrie has held various positions including HR Director for Talent Relations in East Central Illinois and several HR Business Partner roles. Prior to joining Carle Health, Carrie worked at Kraft Foods from May 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities included Assistant HR Manager and Human Resources Specialist. Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Illinois State University, earned between January 2009 and May 2010.
