Jocelyn "Joie" Llanillo, CHRP®, is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources - Regional Lead at Med-Metrix since October 2023. With a robust background, Jocelyn has developed and executed regionally aligned HR strategies in various roles, including HR Director at Med-Metrix and Vice President - HR Advisor at Citi. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions in talent acquisition and site HR at Aegis Limited and a decade at John Clements Consultants, Inc. Jocelyn holds an Accelerated MBA from a partnership with JCCI & Harvard Business Publishing and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Miriam College. Additionally, Jocelyn is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Recruitment & Retention Strategies and has completed the Certified Human Resource Professional Program.
