Kristin Nowak is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Human Resources at FirstService Residential Texas since January 2018, Kristin has a proven track record of enhancing organizational effectiveness through comprehensive HR strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., where strategic initiatives were implemented to position the company as an employer of choice. As Senior Director of Human Resources at STA Travel and VP of Associate Services at Omni Hotels, Kristin focused on developing high-performance cultures and improving overall operational efficiency. Kristin's foundational experience in HR began at Wyndham International/Wyndham Worldwide, where strategies were executed to enhance operations across a large portfolio of properties. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
