Cindy Schaumburg

Cindy Schaumburg is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality and regulatory management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Regulatory at Carle BroMenn Medical Center and Carle Eureka Hospital since May 2021, Cindy previously held the position of Quality Regulatory Manager at Carle BroMenn Medical Center from October 2017 to May 2021. Cindy's career began at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, where from January 1980 to October 2017, the role of Regulatory Coordinator and Patient Safety was undertaken. Cindy Schaumburg holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Organizational Leadership from American Sentinel College, earned between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University, completed in 1981.
