Kristen Claybrooke

Kristen Claybrooke is a Senior Certified Occupational Therapist at Carle Foundation Hospital, a position held since January 2000, and is recognized as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Additionally, Kristen served as an Occupational Therapist on a prn basis at Genesis HealthCare from September 2011 until 2016. Kristen Claybrooke obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis between 1997 and 1999, following a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin College, completed from 1994 to 1997.
