Thomas Johnson

Thomas Johnson is an experienced healthcare facilities management professional with a robust background in operations and budget oversight. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities at Carle Foundation Hospital since June 2014, Thomas oversees a substantial budget of $14 million and 4 million square feet of facility space. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions including Director of Plant Operations at Northwest Community Hospital and Director of Building Operations at Advocate Christ Medical Center, managing operating budgets of $11 million and $13 million respectively. Thomas's career began at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, where responsibilities included operational and planning oversight for facilities and biomedical engineering. Thomas holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
