Tony Coletta is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Carle Health. Tony has previous experience working as an HR & HRIS Manager at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare, as well as an Organizational Development Consultant and Adjunct Faculty member at Elmhurst College. Coletta has also worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center & Advocate Eureka Hospital. Throughout their career, Coletta has been responsible for designing and delivering curriculum, managing organizational development systems and processes, and developing human capital metrics. Tony is certified in administration of iPAT 16PF, Lominger Leadership Architect and Voices 360, and GE Healthcare Change Acceleration Process (CAP).

Tony Coletta has a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
