Karen V.

Karen V. is an experienced Energy Analyst currently working at JLL since April 2018, where responsibilities include reviewing clients' capital plans to identify projects with energy-efficient equipment eligible for utility incentives. Since July 2015, Karen has also been an Energy Analyst at Carleton Energy Consulting, performing energy audits for multifamily buildings. Previously, Karen held positions as a LEED Consultant intern at e4, inc. and as an Energy Efficiency Analyst Intern with Envirolution’s Win-Win Campaign, where extensive training in energy auditing was acquired. An early internship at B&B Sheet Metal involved intensive use of AutoCAD for drafting shop drawings. Karen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineer Technology from City Tech, CUNY and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from The City College of New York.
