Jim Neubauer

Jim Neubauer, MBA, P.Eng., CSL, serves as the Executive Business Consultant at Enclosures Direct Inc since June 2025 and is a full-time Professor in the School of Business at Algonquin College since September 2009, teaching a range of business courses. As President and CEO of Jim Neubauer & Associates since January 2009, Jim focuses on management consulting that includes sales and marketing strategy development and telecommunications optimization. Additional roles include Instructor at Carleton University and past positions at Nipissing University and Conselleo, where Jim contributed to sales effectiveness. Prior experience spans significant leadership roles at Bell Aliant, GT Group Telecom, and Bell Canada, bringing extensive expertise in sales management, product strategy, and business operations. Jim holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Windsor.
