Dillon Coleman

Dillon Coleman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. As a Snowboard Instructor at Vail Resorts since November 2022, Dillon shares expertise in snow sports, while simultaneously serving as Compliance Manager and Escrow Coordinator at Paradiso Communities, LLC since September 2017. Dillon is also the Chairman and Founder of the Ali’i Lounge, a prestigious Cigar and Cocktail Club in Hawaii, known for its network of influential leaders across multiple sectors. Additionally, Dillon has held roles as a Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Eminence from August 2019 to July 2025 and at Legacy Brokerage, LLC from October 2017 to August 2019, alongside a past position as Business Development Manager at Secured Communications LLC and Marketing Manager for Destination Events Hawaii. Dillon is currently pursuing education at the University of Nevada, Reno since 2012.
