Maria Rasouli

Maria Rasouli, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and teaching. As the founder and operator of Escape Bicycle Tours and Rentals since April 2015, Maria has established one of Ottawa's top-rated sightseeing tours. Concurrently, Maria has served as a research consultant with Visible Talent and an instructor at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business since January 2010. Previous roles include trainer/research analyst at In-TAC, where program design and stakeholder engagement were key contributions, and manager of action research at LASI World Skills, where event organization and resource development were significant accomplishments. Additionally, Maria has experience as a research associate at The Conference Board of Canada focused on health care evaluation and program evaluator at LASI World Skills, conducting comprehensive evaluations of employment preparation programs. Maria holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carleton University.
