Shaye Belanger

Shaye Belanger is the Founder of Full Circle Immigrant Services, specializing in career coaching and settlement services for newcomers, and has over 10 years of workshop facilitation and speaking engagement experience. In addition, Shaye serves as an International Student Advisor and International Student Success Coordinator at Carleton University, where responsibilities include personalized guidance, program design, and international partnerships to enhance student experiences. Previous roles include Business Growth Advisor at PARO Centre For Women's Enterprise, Program and Event Coordinator at Rideau-Ottawa Valley Learning Network, and Employment Services Team Supervisor at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. Shaye holds multiple educational credentials, including a degree in Sociology and Social Welfare from Nipissing University and a certificate in Immigration Laws, Policies, and Procedures from The University of British Columbia.
