Eva Engelhard

Eva Engelhard is an experienced professional in international education and academic management. Currently serving as the International Student Programs Advisor at Highline College since October 2013, Eva has previously held the position of Academic Manager at Kaplan International Centers at Highline College from February 2008 to September 2013. Early in the career, Eva worked as the Head Cashier at Barnes & Noble and gained international experience as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme from July 2002 to July 2005, also acting as the Tone-Gun Regional Coordinator. Additional experience includes coordinating the Writing Colleagues Program at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2000 to 2001. Eva holds an M.A. in TESL/TEFL from the University of Birmingham and a B.A. in English with a focus on Language and Learning from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Education was completed with a high school diploma from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
