Laura Virgilio

Laura Virgilio is a skilled pastry professional with extensive experience in the culinary field. Currently serving as a Pastry Assistant at Carlino's since September 2017 and as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Bonterra Dining & Wine Room since February 2017, Laura also has experience as a Soda Fountain worker at Pikes Old Fashion Soda Shop since July 2016. Previous roles include Pastry Assistant at 5 Church and Nan and Byron's from September 2015 to March 2016. Laura holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales University, alongside a Professional Certificate of French Pastry from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patissiere.
