Austin Lambert has a diverse work experience in various roles related to operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Austin currently serves as the Director of Operations at Carlisle Construction Materials, where they oversee overall operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Operations Improvement Manager and Operations Manager-Coatings and Waterproofing at the same company. Before joining Carlisle, Austin worked as an Industrial Engineer, supporting manufacturing and business needs by performing cost savings analysis, time studies, system flow evaluations, and problem-solving techniques at Carlisle Construction Materials. Austin also has experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Tyco Electronics, where they conducted statistical studies and contributed to improving customer relationships. Additionally, Austin gained valuable experience as a Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineering Intern at Flowserve Corporation, where they utilized Lean and Six Sigma concepts to enhance productivity and remove waste in manufacturing systems. Austin Lambert completed their education at Penn State University. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Six Sigma. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management at the same university. In addition to their degrees, Lambert received certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ/Penn State University in May 2011 and in Fundamentals of Engineering from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying in April 2010.
