Jason Norfleet

Jason Norfleet MBA has over 30 years of work experience in various managerial roles within the chemical manufacturing and construction industries. Jason is currently the Vice President of Operations at Carlisle Construction Materials since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing from November 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Carlisle, Jason worked as a Site Manager at Mitsubishi Gas Chemical America from 2017 to 2019, overseeing site operations. Jason also held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Sashco from 2015 to 2017, where they managed a team of 65 employees and was responsible for manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.

Earlier in their career, Jason served as a Site Manager at BASF for over 16 years, where they successfully managed and built two plants supporting different chemistries for the construction market. Jason also worked as the Operations Manager at (New) Parks, responsible for production management and safety programs.

Overall, Jason Norfleet MBA has demonstrated extensive experience in operations management, manufacturing, logistics, and leadership roles within the chemical manufacturing and construction industries.

Jason Norfleet completed their education with an Executive MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University between 2002 and 2004, with a specialization in Management.
