Katelyn Stege

Katelyn Stege is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Carlisle Construction Materials since November 2022, Katelyn has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at both METALS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION and QsrSoft, overseeing comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and policy administration. Katelyn’s career began at PetraBee Construction as a Human Resources Generalist, and earlier experience includes management roles at Portillo's Hot Dogs, where Katelyn advanced from Crew Chief to Assistant General Manager. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and an Associate's degree from Joliet Junior College.
