Nicole Brewbaker

Nicole Brewbaker, PHR, currently serves as COS Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since October 2017, where responsibilities include leading a Talent Acquisition team for a $3.2 billion organization, implementing recruitment marketing materials, conducting interview skills training, and overseeing ATS implementation. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Recruiter at Select Medical, managing high-volume recruitment for 14 LTAC hospitals, and human resource roles at Phoenix Contact USA and Method3, focusing on recruitment functions, candidate selection, and developing recruiting processes. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University and a Professional Human Resources certification from Villanova University.
