Paul Gleichsner

Paul Gleichsner is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in plant management and operations. Currently serving as the Value Stream Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since November 2022, Paul has previously held multiple plant management positions at Cabinetworks Group, Interstate Window and Door Co., Vytex Windows, and YKK AP America Inc. Additionally, Paul was the Director of Manufacturing at Seaway Manufacturing and the APU Manager at Valeo Engine Cooling. Education includes an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Gannon University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
