Caius McNaughton

Caius McNaughton brings extensive experience in customer service management and business ownership across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for Americas at Carlisle Fluid Technologies since October 2016, Caius has held multiple roles within the company, contributing to the design and manufacturing of finishing equipment for diverse markets. Previously, Caius owned and operated Victus Vapors, a national distributor of e-liquids and e-cigarette products, and MAC Brothers LLC, a family-run residential construction company focused on remodeling and custom builds. Early professional experience includes serving as Sales and Service Manager at McNaughton Remodeling and Construction. Caius holds a BA in Secondary Education/Biology from Ottawa University.
