Before that, they held roles as the Director of Operations and Director of Engineering at rms Surgical. Earlier in their career, they worked at rms Company as the Engineering Manager for the Orthopaedic Division and as the Plant Manager for Instruments. Jason also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at rms Company. Prior to joining rms Company, they were an Industrial Engineer at Road Rescue Emergency Vehicles. Jason Hall has a diverse education history. Jason began their academic journey at St. Bernard's High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1992. Jason then attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Jason pursued further education and enrolled at The University of Memphis from 2004 to 2006. Here, they obtained an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their formal education, Jason Hall also acquired a certification as a Lean Practitioner Certified from the Manufacturers Alliance in January 2014.
