Josiah Overfors

Josiah Overfors, MBA, has a strong background in finance and has held various roles throughout their career. Josiah currently works as the Director of Finance, Americas at Carlisle Fluid Technologies since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ecolab, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager - Healthcare Supply Chain from January 2020 to May 2023, and as a Finance Manager from November 2016 to January 2020. Before joining Ecolab, Josiah worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at Korn Ferry from September 2014 to November 2016, and as a Financial Analyst II - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Entegris from July 2012 to September 2014. Josiah also gained experience in financial analysis and decision support at General Mills, where they worked as a Financial Analyst I - Logistics Analyst from July 2009 to July 2012, and as a Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Decision Support from July 2009 to October 2010. In addition, Josiah has experience in investment banking, having worked briefly at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as part of their Healthcare Investment Banking division in June 2008. Josiah also served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Logistics Sergeant from October 2001 to October 2007, and as an Automated Logistical Specialist from May 2004 to May 2005.

Josiah Overfors, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the same institution, graduating from 2007 to 2009. Josiah initially began their college education at St. Cloud State University from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on Finance before transferring to the University of Minnesota.
