Matthew Theisen

Matthew Theisen is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Carlisle Fluid Technologies since November 2024, Matthew has previously held multiple senior engineering positions at Graco from June 2006 to November 2024, contributing to the Industrial Product, Electric Motors, and High Performance Coatings and Foam Divisions. Matthew’s career began as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on Hot Melt Glue Equipment before transitioning to Senior Mechanical Designer at Oakriver Technology, LLC in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (2011-2015) and an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology (2004-2006).
