Darren Rych

Darren Rych has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Darren is currently the Director of Information Technology at Carlisle Medical, where they lead a team to manage all IT operations and implements a robust information security infrastructure. Prior to this, Darren worked as the Infrastructure Services Manager at the City of Joliet, overseeing IT infrastructure management activities and collaborating with cross-departmental managers to develop cost-effective technology solutions. Darren also served as the Senior System Administrator at the City of Joliet, managing and maintaining servers and infrastructure. Darren established their own consultancy, MagnitudeZero, Inc., where they provided IT services for SMB clients, including project planning, solution development, and infrastructure modernization. Darren started their career as the Vice President of Information Systems at Bank of Commerce.

Darren Rych pursued their education with a focus on business administration and computer science. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Northcentral University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Applied Computer Science. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from DePaul University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Darren obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in March 2022 from the Project Management Institute.
