Tony Micale

Tony Micale serves as Co-CIO of the Foundational Business at New York Life Insurance Company, overseeing Client Prospecting, Field Operations, and Field Productivity. Micale has held various vice president roles in Information Technology, including technology lead for the integration of Cigna’s group insurance businesses and head of agency technology delivery. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Divisional CIO for Global Specialty Lines at CNA Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed aligning business strategies with IT investments and leading enterprise architecture. Micale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
