Carol Kelly

Carol Kelly is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the building materials and home improvement industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at Carlisle Spray Foam Insulation since June 2023, Carol previously held the position of Director of Sales at Masonite International, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue growth and market expansion in the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions. Carol's earlier roles include Regional Sales Manager at Milgard Windows and Doors, Director of Sales for the Western Division at Fiber Composites LLC, and Territory Manager at TAMKO. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Public Relations and Communications, Carol has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams and drive sales strategies throughout their career.
