Travis Brewer

Travis Brewer, PhD, has extensive experience in talent development and learning and development roles. Travis is currently the Head of Talent Development at Carlisle Companies Incorporated since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning and Development at the same company from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Carlisle Companies Incorporated, Travis worked as a Targeting Director/VP for Learning and Leadership Development Roles at a company, positively impacting business results through the development of top talent.

Travis also held significant positions at Royal Caribbean Group, where they were promoted to Head of Talent Development in April 2020 and led enterprise strategy and execution for Talent Development, managing a team of 27 supporting all brands and corporate functions. Travis designed and implemented a successful mid-level leader program and introduced a talent review process to accelerate key talent development.

Earlier in their career, Travis was the Director of Global Learning and Development at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, creating a global strategy for learning and organizational development.
