William Miles

William Miles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. William started their career at Arizona State University in 2015, where they held the positions of Bike Ambassador and later Lead Computer Technician from August 2015 to May 2016 and May 2016 to August 2018, respectively. In 2017, they joined Carlisle Companies Incorporated as an IT Support Specialist Intern, and later transitioned to the role of Service Desk Technician, where they worked from May 2017 to August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Information Technology Auditor at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, starting in August 2021.

William Miles completed their education at Arizona State University from 2015 to 2019, earning a degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including Performance Analytics Fundamentals from ServiceNow in November 2020, ITIL Foundation Level from HDI in August 2020, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in December 2019.
