Gregory W Lotz, P.E. has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Gregory W currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development and Asset Management at Carlisle since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Special Projects at Carlisle from June 2018 to April 2023.

Before their tenure at Carlisle, Lotz was the President of Lotz Real Estate Investments starting from August 2015.

Gregory W also has experience working with Carroll County MD, where they served as the Bureau Chief of Roads Operations from September 2017 to June 2018 and as a Utility Engineer from September 2016 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Lotz worked as a Project Manager at Glen Arm Building Company from February 2014 to October 2015. Gregory W also held the position of Project Manager/Facilities Manager at Carlisle from January 2011 to December 2013.

Before that, Lotz was the President of Lotz Risk Management starting from July 2009 to January 2011. Gregory W also worked as a Project Manager/Construction Manager and Superintendent at Carlisle from April 2008 to November 2008 and from April 2007 to April 2008, respectively.

Lotz began their career as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from November 2005 to April 2007.

Gregory W Lotz, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET) from Yale University, which they obtained from 2001-2005. Gregory W also has a High School Diploma from Gilman School, completed from 1998-2001. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed by the State of Tennessee, as well as the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Gregory also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, obtained in 2017.
