Frank M. Christy JR., MAT, has extensive experience in the culinary and bakery industries, currently serving as the General Manager at Carlo's Bakery since April 2019. Previously, Frank held the position of Cake Decorator at DiBartolo Bakery and returned to Carlo's Bakery as General Manager from January 2016 to July 2018. Other roles include Manager at WOOPS! for a short period in late 2015 and several positions at Johnson & Wales University, including Adjunct Instructor, Catering and Bakery Commissary Manager, and Fellow from January 2011 to November 2015. Frank holds a Master’s degree in the Art of Teaching: Culinary Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, and an Associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, all obtained from Johnson & Wales University between 2008 and 2014.
