Julio Sempere García

Julio Sempere García is a postdoctoral researcher at the National Health Institute Carlos III since August 2022, with a recent position at Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge as a postdoctoral researcher under a CIBERES mobility grant from October to November 2023. Julio has a substantial background in investigative roles at the National Health Institute Carlos III, including pre-doctoral and pre-graduated research positions from 2017 to 2021. Julio is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Bioinformatics at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and holds a PhD in Microbiology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside a Master's degree in Microbiology and Parasitology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the same institution.
