Jamie Parrott

Jamie Parrott is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Carlsberg Britvic since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jamie worked at British Sugar as a Senior HR Business Partner in Supply Chain, successfully delivering a £2.05m reward change programme across multiple manufacturing sites. Jamie's extensive background also includes positions at Cummins Inc., where responsibilities ranged from acting as a CGT Global Supply Chain HR Business Partner for approximately 2,500 employees across four continents, to supporting complex employee relations as a Human Resources Generalist. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resources, both from Nottingham Trent University.
