Joanne Dong

Joanne Dong is an experienced procurement leader with a proven track record in sourcing and supply chain management across multiple industries, including beverages and consumer goods. Currently serving as the Asia Procurement Director for Direct and Indirect Categories at Carlsberg Group since July 2016, Joanne oversees the sourcing of raw and packaging materials for over 40 breweries in 10 Asian markets. Prior to this role, Joanne held strategic positions at 玛氏食品, where responsibilities included leading sourcing strategies for factory and logistics across various segments in Asia, and at 宝洁, where multiple leadership roles focused on purchasing management within Greater China. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Jinan University.
