Mikkel Mathiesen Knudsen

Mikkel Mathiesen Knudsen has extensive experience in management roles, currently serving as Plant Manager/Night Shift and previously as First Line Manager - High Bay Warehouse at Carlsberg Group since November 2017. Prior to this, Mikkel held the position of Production Manager at PostNord from 2006 to October 2017. Mikkel's educational background includes a Semper Ardens Lederuddannelse from Carlsberg Conference Center in 2019, along with multiple leadership courses from Ledelsesakademiet Lillebælt/Odense between 2007 and 2016, and studies in communication, conflict management, and strategic leadership at IBC International Business College and IBC INNOVATIONSFABRIKKEN from 2006 to 2011.
