Pauline Lim

Pauline Lim is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as HR Director at Carlsberg Group, Pauline has previously held the position of HR Director for Asia Pacific and Malaysia & Singapore at USG Boral Building Products. Additional experience includes acting as General Manager of HR at AMES Group of Companies, Regional HR Manager for Asia & Europe at EFCO (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and HR Manager at LOGOMAS PACKAGING SDN BHD. Pauline holds a Master's degree in HRM & Industrial Relations from the University of Newcastle and a BA (Hons) in HRM & Marketing from Middlesex University.
