QA & Prototyping Manager at Carlson Fixtures

Jon Wikman has over 17 years of work experience in various engineering and quality management roles. Jon currently serves as the QA & Prototyping Manager at Carlson Fixtures since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Tennant as the Quality Engineer Supervisor from February 2018 to November 2019, where they supervised the quality inspectors and drove lean solutions. From 2010 to 2018, Jon worked at Starkey Hearing Technologies, initially as a Custom Production Quality Engineer and later as a Quality Engineering Supervisor and Supplier Quality Engineer. During their time at Starkey, they led quality improvement projects, achieved significant cost savings, and played a key role in product launches. Before that, Jon worked as an Engineering Supervisor at Shock Transients, Inc. & Ennorex LLC from May 2009 to August 2010, where they led project teams and handled procurement activities. Jon also worked as a Process Engineer at Hutchinson Technology, Inc. from April 2006 to April 2009, focusing on automated manufacturing processes and continuous improvement efforts. Jon started their career as a Product Engineer at Shock Transients, Inc. from August 2002 to April 2006, where they specialized in design, manufacturing, and testing of explosive replacement materials. Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and process improvement.

Jon Wikman attended the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jon also completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2002.
