Charlie Miller

Charlie contributes to Carlson Private Capital’s deal underwriting and execution, relationship development, investment thesis development, and portfolio management.

Charlie joined Carlson Private Capital Partners in 2022. Prior to Carlson, Charlie worked at BMO Capital Markets on the Middle Market M&A team headquartered in Minneapolis. During his time at BMO, Charlie worked on numerous transactions in the consumer, industrial, and technology industries. He was focused on creating marketing materials, performing due diligence, and conducting financial and valuation analyses. Charlie graduated from Dartmouth College where he received his BA in Economics.
