Joe Roddey

Joe Roddey is a seasoned professional in sales and engineering, currently serving as a Field Sales Representative at Carlton Industrial Solutions since May 2022, where solutions-based sales are directed towards manufacturers and distributors in the Charlotte area. Previously, Joe excelled as a Sales Representative at Nicolai North America, developing an untouched territory for an innovative industrial fabrication tooling business. Joe's engineering experience includes roles as a Field Engineer and Construction Engineer at Blythe Construction, as well as an Engineering Intern at Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, where comprehensive evaluations of storm water drainage systems were conducted. Initial experience included internships with Sanders Brothers Construction Company, Bohicket Marina & Market, and Wild Dunes Resort, allowing for a diverse skill set in both construction and customer service. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, obtained in 2017.
