Paul Kaper

Paul Kaper has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Paul started their career at Ecolab in 2004, where they worked as an Engineering Technician and later became a Global Technical Account Manager for the McDonald's Account. In 2008, they moved to Gilbarco Veeder-Root and held various roles such as Engineering PM, Market Analyst, Manager in Service New Product Introduction, and Sr. Marketing Manager, Retail. Paul eventually became the Regional Director for North America Sales before leaving the company in 2019. Since 2019, Paul has been working at Carlton Scale, first as the Chief Operating Officer and is currently serving as the President.

Paul Kaper pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. From 2000 to 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Economic Analysis. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2004 to 2007.
