Romans Petrjakovs has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Romans started their career in 2003 as a Chef/Waiter at "Higgins Crab House Restaurant" and worked there until 2004. After that, they worked as an Administrator at "Audio Record Studio Elektra" from 2004 until 2008. In 2008, they joined "Carluccio's" as a Head Chef/Manager, where they were responsible for daily kitchen organization and maintenance, purchasing management, stock taking, and report completion.
Romans Petrjakovs pursued their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from 1996 to 2001 at Riga's Technical University.
