What you'll be doing

• Be the friendly face of Carma – greet customers on-site, introduce them to their new car, and make their handover experience one to remember.
• Share your know-how – get to know each car inside and out so you can answer questions and make sure our customers have all the info they need about their new ride.
• Keep it smooth – liaise with internal teams and customers to make sure collection appointments go off without a hitch.
• Handle the curveballs – anticipate any potential customer issues, troubleshoot, and come up with fast, effective solutions.
• Be a team player – support your crew and pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

• You’re a confident driver with an unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
• .You’re adaptable and tech-savvy, with a knack for juggling tasks and staying organised.
• You’re a great communicator who can connect with customers and handle any situation with ease.
• You’re interested in cars and would love to learn more (we’ll give you all the training you need!)
• You’re available to work Tuesday to Saturday and don’t mind mixing up your routine!
