Leslie Parpart

Leslie Parpart has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Community & Inclusion at CarMax, a position held since July 2011, after advancing through roles including Director of Community Relations and Manager of CarMax Community Relations & The CarMax Foundation. Prior experience includes managing the VALET Program for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, aimed at supporting international trade for Virginia-based companies, and working as an associate at Troutman Sanders LLP. Early career experience includes teaching world cultures, history, and language arts to gifted middle school students in Fulton County Schools. Leslie Parpart holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
