Dr. Merica Neufville has over 20 years of work experience in the education sector. Dr. Merica started their career as a mathematics teacher at Greenburgh Central School District #7 in 2003 and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Yonkers Public Schools as a School Building Leader and served in that role until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Peekskill City School District as a School Building Leader. Currently, they are working as a School Principal at Carmel Central School District.
Dr. Merica Neufville completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in School Administration and Supervision from Mercy University in 2006.
