Jason Kennedy

Jason Kennedy is a seasoned professional in development and architecture with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Carmel Partners since September 2019, Jason previously held the role of Development Associate at Forum Investment Group from April 2017 to September 2019, where recognition was received for contributions to the award-winning Best Mixed-Use Project in 2020. Prior to that, Jason worked as an Architect at HDR and OLC, earning accolades such as an Honorable Mention for Urban Design and Historic Preservation from the American Institute of Architects and an Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering, both in 2022. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
