Paul Morgan

Paul Morgan is a professional with extensive experience in the real estate investment industry. Paul currently works as the Senior Vice President and Head of Data Science & Research at Carmel Partners, leading a team focused on AI and data science. Prior to this, Paul held various senior leadership positions at Essex Property Trust, Canaccord Genuity Inc., MLV & Co., Morgan Stanley, and FBR. Paul holds a Master's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
