Michael A. Holtman

Michael A. Holtman is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in student support services and default prevention. Holding the position of Vice President of Operations at Carmel Solutions since May 2018, Holtman previously served as Senior Vice President, Student Support Services at Lavoro Education Services, overseeing admissions and student support for employee benefit programs. Prior roles include Senior Director of Default Prevention at ITT Educational Services, Inc., and Director of Customer Resolution Services at Sallie Mae, where Holtman was responsible for managing large teams and improving operational performance. Holtman began a career in student assistances at Sallie Mae, ultimately serving as Senior Director for Student Assistance Corporation. Holtman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Indianapolis.
