Haley Gray is an accomplished banquet and food service management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Banquet Manager at Royal Palms Resort and Spa since August 2022, Haley previously held key positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., including Director of Banquets and Food and Beverage Manager. Additional roles include Customer Support Specialist at Clear Capital, Assistant Banquet Manager at Resort at Squaw Creek, and various supervisory positions at The Ritz-Carlton, where responsibilities included ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing banquet operations. Haley also worked briefly as a Retention Program Assistant at China Peak Mountain Resort. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sierra Nevada College, complemented by a minor in Ski Business Resort Management, Haley brings a diverse skill set to the hospitality sector.
